The Aggregation Point
The Aggregation Point (TAP) is a vendor-neutral NG9-1-1 practitioner community. Its existing forum is a place to ask questions, share practical knowledge, and find people working through similar problems.
Knowledge should travel.
A useful answer often lives with someone in another jurisdiction: a way to interpret a schema, check a boundary, explain an error, or make a difficult workflow manageable. TAP gives that knowledge a place to be shared and found again.
Bring questions, sanitized examples, tools, scripts, checklists, documentation, and unfinished ideas. The purpose is to help practitioners learn from one another across organizational boundaries.

The Aggregation Point is Groundtruth 911’s practitioner community. It keeps its own name, forum, and vendor-neutral identity. Groundtruth’s tools can be discussed and questioned under the same rules as anyone else’s.
Community participation is not permission for sales outreach, fundraising contact, or reuse of private discussions. Sharing a problem does not give Groundtruth ownership of your contribution.
Useful participation.
- Ask a specific question and explain what you have tried.
- Share public or sanitized examples you are authorized to share.
- Disclose commercial interests when discussing products.
- Make room for disagreement and correction.
TAP can complement existing regional communities. People should be able to bring knowledge together without abandoning the networks that already help them.
