NG9-1-1 validation,
built for human judgment.
The Workbench is the core technical work behind Groundtruth 911. Moving it forward is the priority for development funding.
The Workbench checks local NG9-1-1 GIS data and connects each reported anomaly, called a finding, to the affected source record. A practitioner can examine the issue and record a decision with a reason.
The active queue shows what needs attention. The review history keeps the explanation. When a condition comes up again, earlier decisions remain available to help the next person understand it. Source data stays unchanged.

The Aggregation Point
The Aggregation Point (TAP) is Groundtruth’s vendor-neutral NG9-1-1 practitioner community. Its existing forum gives people a place to ask questions, share useful tools, and learn across jurisdictions.
TAP keeps its own name, forum, and community protections. Participation is not permission for sales or fundraising contact.

It is a place to practice and share systems investigation. Its questions and evidence are separate from the Workbench’s technical work.
