The Groundtruth Schema Bridge is a free ArcGIS Pro toolbox for converting between supported NENA GIS Data Model versions. It creates a new interchange geodatabase and records the conversion in logs and a manifest.

The public repository currently describes v0.9.0-rc1 as a release candidate. It requires Windows, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcPy. Use a copy of data and review the release instructions and output before relying on it.

Conversion is not validation. A successful conversion does not establish NENA conformance, correct source data, or operational readiness.

What to know before using it

  • The supported target is the flat-file interchange model. Operational relationships and other geodatabase structures are outside that scope.
  • Read warnings and any partial-output status. Review logs for sensitive information before sharing a bug report.
  • The Schema Bridge is free under its public-beta license; it is not described as open source.
